Hi!
I’m Danna (Dan G.) a senior motion designer working in 2D/3D. I art direct for various surfaces such as social marketing, web takeovers and inApp UI interactions. I teach at Pratt and maintain an ongoing animated art practice.
My work blends organic inspiration with digital systems to visualize surreal, gentle, and sometimes futuristic worlds that live between opposing forces: softness and precision, technology and touch.
I earned my MFA from CalArts' Experimental Animation program in 2019, following a two-year residency that deepened my approach to narrative, abstraction, and the meditative potential of movement.
